50th Anniversary PROMISE Scholarship

The 50th Anniversary PROMISE Scholarship is awarded to students who are graduating from a Philadelphia high school in June and plan to enroll full-time at Community College of Philadelphia in the fall immediately following graduation.

•Students must file their FAFSA by June 1 and qualify as PELL-eligible.
•Students must satisfy the college-level placement requirement on the English portion of the test (minimum placement English 101) and minimum placement in Math 017.

*Students will be notified via their college email if they meet all eligibility requirements.

NOTE: Only students who are U.S. Citizens or permanent residents who reside in Philadelphia and have graduated from a Philadelphia high school within the Philadelphia city limits are eligible to apply for the 50th Anniversary PROMISE Scholarship.
