Snider Hockey Scholarship

Community College of Philadelphia is pleased to announce its partnership with Snider Hockey to provide a scholarship valued at $5,000, to one Snider Hockey participant who will attend Community College of Philadelphia. The scholarship covers tuition for a period of two years of full-time study at the College. The recipient will recieve $2,500 per academic year applied directly to his/her tuition account.

Eligibility and Requirements:

Snider Hockey participants who are graduating from high school in June 2018 are eligible to apply. Also, students who apply within six years immediately following their high school graduation are eligible for this scholarship and may apply.
Applicant must provide verified letter of participation from Snider Hockey Organization.
Applicant must be English 101 ready (performance on College placement test)
Scholarship recipients must be enrolled full-time (12 credits or more) per semester and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 after the first two semesters.
Applicant must be a Philadelphia resident.
Applicants must file a FAFSA.
Qualified applicants must provide an Essay.
