The Dwight D. Eisenhower Community College Transportation Fellowship

The Dwight D. Eisenhower Community College Transportation Fellowship (DDETFP) awards fellowships to students pursuing degrees in a broad range of transportation-related disciplines. This program advances the transportation workforce by attracting the brightest minds to the field through education, research, and workforce development. The DDETFP encompasses all modes of transportation and provides students at community colleges with opportunities to enter careers in transportation. This fellowship may also serve as a feeder for other Eisenhower fellowships available to bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral students.

Eisenhower Fellowship Applicants must:

Be enrolled full time no later than the Fall 2017 academic year; Be pursuing a degree in a full-time program in a transportation-related discipline; Have at least one full academic year remaining in program of study; Conduct ongoing research in one or more transportation-related disciplines; and Plan to enter the transportation profession after completing their higher level education.
