Shirley A. Page Future Teacher Scholarship

The Shirley A. Page Future Teacher Scholarship provides $1,250 to one or more Education students (Middle-level – 4th -8th grade option, Secondary Humanities/Social Studies Education option, Secondary Math/Science option) who plan to teach in an urban environment. To qualify, students must be Philadelphia residents pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Education as a full-time student; must be enrolled in a secondary education major at the College; must have completed EDUC 201 and, must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75. African-American students and minority students are encouraged to apply. Submitted applications will be reviewed through March 30.
