First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia Scholarship

The First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia is proud to recognize high achieving students at Community College of Philadelphia. In keeping with the mission of the First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia to serve the community, two scholarships will be awarded to one part-time ($1,500) and one full-time student ($3.000) pursuing his/her associate’s degree at the College, AND who currently perform community service. Additionally, students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and a minimum of 24 credits earned. * Applicants must provide a letter of recommendation from the organization for which they currently volunteer. Scholarship funds will be equally disbursed over two semesters (fall and spring) and applied directly to the recipients’ tuition accounts upon confirmation of enrollment at the College.
