The Thelma Beatrice Hearst Memorial Book Scholarship

This Book Scholarship in honor of Thelma Beatrice Hearst, an avid reader, will support a student pursuing the Creative Writing Certificate at Community College of Philadelphia. Eligible students should be PELL-eligible and possess a minimum GPA of 2.5.
