First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgendered Queer (LGBTQ) Scholarship

The First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia LGBTQ Scholarship was established to recognize Community College of Philadelphia students in the LGBTQ community and all students who strive to understand the issues facing those who identify as LGBTQ, and who demonstrate the ability to achieve academically. The First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia LGBTQ Scholarship will award one student a maximum of up to $1,500 to alleviate the costs of tuition and fees. The scholarship award will be equally disbursed in fall and spring semesters. Eligible applicants must have completed at least one semester at the College and possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Please complete “Tell Us Your Story” essay as well as the First Presbyterian LGBTQ essay. Interested students are encouraged to submit their application by March 1.
