Dr. Thomas W. Langfitt Endowment for Nursing Scholarship

The Dr. Thomas W. Langfitt Endowment for Nursing Scholarship, established in memory of Dr. Thomas W. Langfitt, who served on the College’s Board of Trustees until his death in 2005, will recognize a student pursuing an associate’s degree in Nursing who demonstrates outstanding community service. One cash award up to $1,200 will be given to assist a student in pursuing his/her goal to become a registered nurse. Eligible applicants must possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and have earned a minimum of 24 credits. Interested Nursing students must complete the General Scholarship Application by December.
